Walk-ins:
We're usually available to take care of flat fixes and minor adjustments on a walk-in basis, depending on how busy we are. All quotes and assessments are free.
Picking Up Your Bike:
Unless otherwise arranged, all bikes must be picked up within 2 weeks of completion or a storage fee of $15/week will be added to your total. After 60 days, bikes will be placed out front on the bikerack to be picked up, and are no longer our responsibility.
Communication:
Once your bike is dropped off for service, we'll keep you updated by phone call or email. Please respond promptly and watch for messages to help keep things moving.
E‑Bike Service and Support Policy:
We’re working hard to stay current with the ever‑changing technology of both traditional and electric bicycles. As a result, it can be difficult to access service manuals, replacement parts, and technical assistance when repairs are needed. Our mechanics are certified to service Bosch‑powered e‑bikes, and we are equipped to work on most major e‑bike systems. However, for certain internet or Direct to Consumer (DTC) models, we must charge for the additional time required to diagnose issues, research parts, and communicate with manufacturer support. We appreciate your understanding as we adapt to the evolving world of electrification and advanced bicycle technology.
